Jason Pisano is closing in on his goal of completing 51 marathons. The West Warwick athlete, who has cerebral palsy and competes backwards in a wheelchair, has been raising funds for the Providence Ronald McDonald House as he trains for race No. 47, which he will attempt at Sunday's Amica Marathon in Newport.
