He's been competing at the CVS Caremark Downtown 5K since 1990, and he was back out there again today competing at the 20th anniversary of the Providence race.
Pushing himself backward in a wheelchair, the 37-year-old West Warwick resident who has cerebral palsy covered the 3.1-mile course through the downtown city streets in 41 minutes, 17 seconds.
