Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society provides more information about how the program works below: Run, Walk, Cycle or Tri with Team in Training For more than 20 years, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training (TNT) program has been unparalleled in training people to achieve their best at marathons, half marathons, triathlons, and 100-mile century bike rides. TNT is the world's first, best and largest charity sports training program. Along with a customized training program through our nationally certified coaching staff, TNT Will improve morale and facilitate team building. Team In Training offers great informational clinics on Nutrition, Stretching and Strength Training as well as Gear and Apparel. By being a part of the truly comprehensive and supportive program, you can promote a healthier lifestyle, collectively give back to the community and make a difference in the world all while having tons of FUN, FUN, FUN! We will be offering information meetings all across the state in late April and early May and we will be happy to reserve your seat!
