Competing for the Providence Ronald McDonald House Running Club, Jason Pisano of West Warwick reports that he completed today's CVS Caremark Downtown 5K in 49:48. ``I felt pretty good,'' writes Pisano, who has cerebral palsy and pushes himself backward in a wheelchair. ``Although I didn't have the speed I hoped, but I loved the rhythm I got into. I'm training for 2 marathons, so the 5K is almost over by the time I get loose.''
